Always nice to have an extra bit of concrete for the grill! This small screen room does the trick!
This project involved removal of a very old and rotted wooden screen room. The result is spectacular in contrast! A downspout extension keeps the water away from the base of the room.
On occasion, customers request a lower kickplate to enhance their view of the rear yard. Here is an example of a 12” aluminum kickplate on this large screen room.
Built in the middle of an orange grove! This room is located inside the only remaining citrus farm in Winter Garden. We applied stucco to the kneewall to match the house.
Ginormous! The expansive screen room measured 20’ X 40’ and provided enough room for the upcoming parties to be held there!
Big and beautiful! Pavers added a pastoral touch to this lovely screen room. A pleasant place to spend a lazy afternoon.
When possible, we use materials that resemble the house in order to match the new room to the existing siding or stucco. This is an example of matched siding.
Ready for a party! Let’s get ready to enjoy the great ourdoors without the bugs!
Poolside screen room with sliding screen doors make sense! When the bugs are light, these doors can be opened or removed completely.
Stucco pillars and a shingle roof to match the house! We aim to please and this small screen room fit the bill!
A shingle roof makes for a screen room that looks like it matches the house. We are experts at unique attachments and finishes.
This unique screen room utilizes windows only in the upper portion of the room to cut down on “wind-blown” rain while providing maximum breeze through the space below.
The best of both worlds! Screen Cage over the pool and an adjacent screen room for continued bug free living!
We wired and hung ceiling fans to provide air and light. This room houses an “in-ground” hot tub and now it will stay clean and bug free!
Shingled to match the house! A screen French door with a generous door pad completes the job.
We used “pet screen” to render this room invulnerable to the cats that live within. It is almost opaque but was best for this “cat house”.
A simple but practical aluminum screen room replaced a leaky aged screen room.
Another fine screen room by Prager Builders. This one incorporates a stucco kickplate and a shingled roof. Look at the size of the post and beams! This room was built to last!
Sometimes you just need more space. This ample screen room supplied the solution to the homeowners wish to expand.
Shingle on an aluminum roof! Who would have thought it possible? We stepped up and matched the room to the house!
A gabled screen room brings in the light. Insulated roof with gutters and downspouts keeps it cool!
Following the roof line of the house roof, we created a combination studio/gabled roof with a view of the lake.
This is called a “half gable” and uses the space that was available for a new place to party!
We pass muster in even the pickiest neighborhoods. We submit to your HOA as a courtesy and they love us!
A barrel tile roof! Here you go! Although expensive, we can address the addition of matching barrel tile to the roof.
A simple but functional screen room with an insulated roof. Note the oversized gutter and downspouts.
