I had my porch screened in by Garrett at Prager Bullders and i couldn’t be happier with the result. The screen was well installed and looks really nice. He installed a dog door for my dog and used a wood grain finish on the kick plate. It added a beautiful detail. Garrett was professional and courteous. Will use again and recommend to everyone.

Hello I don’t normally give a review, but I had to ,with the work I received from this company, Prager Builders Inc.First to Bryan, thank you. Bryan is very professional, knowledgeable and honest in his work, in explaining what is the best way I should build our screen patio,Also I had a little problem, and when I reached out to Bryan with the situation I was facing Bryan was on it to help to resolve the situation, also the men that came out to do the work are , very professional, polite, clean and worked well together and quick.Thank you all, very much, well appreciated. And if anyone out there looking to have work done please reach out to this company.Again thank you all.🙏🏽🙏🏽

Great company to deal with. Very professional. Good follow-up. Turned my old lanai into a beautiful sunroom.

In order to really understand how impressed I was with the service, quality, and communication at Prager Builders you have to understand that in the fall of 2025 I had a contract with another company to build a screen room. The quote with that company was almost DOUBLE what Prager ended up building the room for. I signed the contract with Company #1 in September 2025 and heard absolutely nothing from them until December 23 when it came out through a series of unfortunate events that there were no plans, no communication, and the company was just going to start digging and pouring concrete in my backyard. In January 2026 I signed a contract with Prager Builders (the contract with Company #1 was dissolved, thank God.) Like I said, they quoted me for about half the price the first company said. They said it would take about 4-6 weeks for permitting and 1-2 days to build. By March of 2026, after being responsive to my questions throughout and letting me know how the permit process was going, they came out to build my 12' x 33' screen room. It took 2ish days. They were efficient, clean, communicative, and prepared. The screen room is lovely. They gave me a warranty for the build that lasts officially two years but they offered to come out even after that. I truly cannot say enough good things about this company. Everyone in my life knew how crazy Company #1 made me and warned me that Prager Builders sounded too good to be true. They are good but they are also true. And now I have a beautiful screen room that you have to drag me out of every night.

We love our sunroom - here are the before and after photos.

Very knowledgeable and professional Brian was able to give me detailed information and costs of converting a screen room to a sun room over the phone. Was refreshing to speak to someone so knowledgeable

Prager Builders, and Bryan in particular, were absolutely wonderful to work with! From initial consultation and estimate to completion and inspection, Bryan was with us every step of the way. We were always kept informed. Bryan handled everything in obtaining all permits and necessary variances, without extra charge. The construction was performed quickly, was unobtrusive, and was beautifully done. We absolutely love our screened-in patio! We could not recommend Prager Builders and Bryan any more highly. Thank you so much!
